Hi Friends
Welcome Back! We have missed you so!
We are so excited that you have come to walk this path with us again. We have "seen" time and time again, our mentees benefiting from joining mentorship year after year, deepening in this work and revisiting foundational principals with all the experience and wisdom that another year of practice can bring.
We do not take it lightly that you are here, trusting us to guide you once again. THANK YOU! WE LOVE YOU! We are bowing to you, your heart, your commitment and your desire for community and we are so grateful to be able to see you once again.🧡
A SPIRAL FOR THOSE
SPIRALING a 2nd, 3rd, 4th or 5th time!
Welcome Back, LOVES!
This year, new students and SEEN alumni will have the same ZOOM gatherings. We will ground in together and talk a bit about the topic and then will move into breakout rooms to keep it cozy and small.
The focus of our space is the weekly gatherings through the season to reflect and grow around practical application of the material you already know and love. To deepen your practice and revisit material that you want to spiral with again.
Great Reasons to Join SEEN ALUMN:
- You intended to get to the content last year but didn’t really work through it deeply
- You want an accountable community to SEE you through Winter
- You loved the content and want to travel with it again
- You are in a very different place this year and want to revisit the content from a new perspective or with a new intention
Opening Ceremony
This year's Solstice Ceremony will bring together new SEEN Spirals and our Illustrious Alums as well as our cohort of HELD friends to be a beautiful and grounded container of joy, celebration and dancing our way out of 2021.

Weekly Gatherings
Our weekly gatherings are the cornerstone of the Alum Spiral. The grounding, centering, sharing and peer to peer learning space is what this journey is all about and why we love it.
Tuesdays
9am PST // 12pm EST // 5pm GMT
Closing Ceremony
Our Connective Closing Ceremony will be the bookend to our beginning. Held on the Spring Equinox it will be an honoring of the reopening we all do after a time of deep incubation and reflection. A time to grow outward and showcase all this spiral has taught us.

A Tether Through the Coldest Time
Gather your warm mug of broth, your weighted blanket and get snuggled up with the community that knows how to SEE you through the winter months.
a note on payment
Going forward we are offering a sliding scale format to our payment structure. Rather than using coupon codes and early bird specials we have made a community care payment structure.Â
Please pay the most that you can pay, not the least. We trust you and we thank you for supporting our ability to continue in this work.
If you would like to pay for multiple slots we can arrange that also; please email [email protected] if you would like to support access in this way. If you are struggling with where you fit on a community payment system we have made this map that might support your self assessment.
In the spirit of radical community building, reciprocity and pushing back against wealth hoarding and the patterns of whiteness and silencing conversations around money (which only enables and inflames inequities) we will share with you that our families currently are living between the middle to the bottom of the map. We expect that our community wants to uplift us as much as we want to uplift our community.
You want to spiral again but would love to go much deeper...
You loved SEEN and the community it creates but what you really need this time of year is inspiration to cultivate those dreams and make them reality. You wanna revamp your website or your business materials // You are scaffolding a new course you want to teach // You have a video series you want to make for you clients but you need a held container that has accountability, deadlines, peer response and mentorship all with a juicy spiral of content creation...well maybe you'd rather be HELD
