What you create in HELD is really up to you. A play, a course, a video series, a business structure, a pitch deck - you name it, we'll hold you through it!

Whether you are a seasoned maker or someone that needs igniting, you may join HELD for access to our decades of experience in art, creativity and performance. Nothing is “too much” for us; want support with your album of kids songs? Want to stretch yourself to make something that feels in no way related to doula work? We are here for all of it. (We are relating all of this through pics of baby kittens so we can make anything work.)
Completing the Journey
Thematically, HELD begins where SEEN ended: by picking up the last 8 archetypes of the Major Arcana in the Tarot. 8 themes across 12 weeks, with space to breathe and create, programmed in. The weekly calls are Mondays at 11am PST // 2pm EST and we will weave between guided calls, anchored in the theme of the week and co-working calls with breakout rooms for group work and 1-1 feedback with us. The curriculum peak below gives some insight into the first two weeks, but please keep in mind that the quantity and format of weekly content is intentionally very different from SEEN. Do not come expecting the same curricular journey - this spiral is not about 100’s of hours of video and text from us, this journey centers YOU and YOUR work, not us and ours.
